Million Dollar Book Reviews
Million Dollar Boys Club
Author Kaya Cassan has been writing since she learned how to spell,
as she put it, in her brief interview. She has a BA in Journalism along
with a master's in International Affairs. She also stated that she has
worked in almost every industry ranging from a kitchen to a pressroom
and many other media agencies. Accidental Bitch was born out of her own
personal anger and I quote "the more I wrote, the better I felt because
my anger had been gathering for years. Finally, I exploded and out came
a book!" That's Priceless!
I had the pleasure of reviewing Kaya Cassan's pocket guide to get
over the drama! Her debut e-book, entitled "Accidental Bitch" is
something many women will find entertaining and useful. From a males
perspective I enjoyed what the author was trying to accomplish with the
duality of self-confidence and self-empowerment. Ms. Cassan touches on
some very sensitive issues concerning females of various age groups and
how to deal with men. It appears that most of the advice given is from
personal experience and in direct correlation of what the author would
have done in that particular situation. I could actually sense the
emotion as being a true emotion and not a made up emotion. She combines
a host of information in a very tactical demeanor but is often coupled
with a comedic relief.
Since I am a person of self-confidence I appreciated how the book
specifically listed examples of ideas a person with low self-esteem
could utilize with hopes of gaining more confidence. In Chapter one she
talks about how one could re-channel anger into a more positive action
and as a result benefit self. Chapter two discusses the action of
"creating an alter ego" to consistently have as a force to draw
confidence from at all times. My personal favorite was the exercise
where she explains how to construct a "power poster board". This is
basically an, I love me board, which acts as a psychological reminder
that you are beautiful in every way. Overall I enjoyed her
self-preservation work of art.
Words from the author
"I just want to thank my fans for taking the time to read the book,
my blog, or just checking out my page. It means a lot. Kaya Cassan
